Packages and Products

We like to offer our clients the best. Many of the products that we use in our treatments are available for purchase. If, for example, you like the Eminence Arctic Berry products in your facial, you can also use them at home. (Returns can be made within two weeks of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.)

Laser hair removal

We also have our super-saver laser combination packages, offering a single laser treatment on multiple areas, with some packages offering a bonus massage or organic facial – so many treats in one economical package!

Refund Policy

Should you require a refund on the purchase of a product, please return the item to us within two weeks of the purchase date. Call (703) 243-4343 to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number within 15 days of purchase. Packages and gift certificates can be fully refunded if we are notified within first two weeks of purchase. Packages and gift certificates will lose 50% of paid price after expiration date. Please note that packages are at special rates. Therefore, should you decide to break your package, singles used will be calculated as full price. Should you decide to break your package after 90 days of purchase, the remaining services can only be used as a credit and cannot be refunded. Credit card refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment after signing a consent form. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Cancelation Policy

Canceled or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice would incur a fee of the total cost of treatment. Please contact us early to reschedule your appointment.
