Cherry is a leading "buy now, pay later" option for med spa needs, making it easy to spread payments out over time.

A 24 hour notice must be given to cancel or change your appointment without a fee. For any changes made with a less than 24 hour notification, or for no shows, guests will be charged the full treatment fee. Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services. 

We offer consultations for our MediSpa services for a fee ($150). The consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward a MediSpa service purchased on the day of the consultation only.

We allow our standard Massage and Facial Packages to be shared among family members. 

Azure is not responsible nor do we provide compensation for any personal belongings that are left behind, lost, or stolen while on our premises. Store any important items safely prior to your appointments.

After your gift certificate expiration date, a 10% monthly inactivity fee will be deducted from the original purchased amount until the time of redemption, or until the balance becomes $0, whichever comes first.
