Gift Card Policy

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
  • Non-Transferable: Gift cards are issued to one individual and are non-transferable.
  • Expiration: Gift cards do not expire. However, after 12 months from the date of purchase, the remaining balance will be subject to a 10% monthly reduction until the balance reaches zero.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards: Azure Dream MedSpa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
  • No Replacements: Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or reissued.
  • Not for Resale: Gift cards may not be resold or used for promotional or commercial purposes without written consent.
  • Redemption: Gift cards can only be redeemed for services and products offered at Azure Dream MedSpa. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Partial Use: If your purchase is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will stay on your card for future use under the terms of this policy.
  • Taxes & Fees: Gift card purchases do not include gratuity, taxes, or other service fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Azure Dream MedSpa reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
