What is your cancellation policy?
A 24 hour notice must be given to cancel or change your appointment without a fee. For any changes made with a less than 24 hour notification, or for no shows, guests will be charged the full treatment fee. Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.

My gift certificate is expired, can I still use it?
After your gift certificate expiration date, a 10% monthly inactivity fee will be deducted from the original purchased amount until the time of redemption, or until the balance becomes $0, whichever comes first.
