How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by calling us, booking online through our website, or emailing us. Just choose the option that’s easiest for you—we’re here to help!

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24 hour notice must be given to cancel or change your appointment without a fee. For any changes made with a less than 24 hour notification, or for no shows, guests will be charged the full treatment fee. Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.

Can I share a package?

We allow our standard Massage and Facial Packages to be shared among family members. 

My gift certificate is expired, can I still use it?

After your gift certificate expiration date, a 10% monthly inactivity fee will be deducted from the original purchased amount until the time of redemption, or until the balance becomes $0, whichever comes first.
